Star View Court
Leasing Spring 2024
Star View Court is a new seven-story, 138 apartment residence development that will be constructed on land owned by Treasure Island Development Authority and will be the second new affordable building constructed as part of the redevelopment of Treasure Island. The building is targeted to Catholic Charities households currently living on Treasure Island and current “Villages at Treasure Island” households across a range of income levels.
Mercy Housing California and Catholic Charities will construct permanently affordable rental apartments on Treasure Island in San Francisco. Catholic Charities has operated supportive housing for families on Treasure Island since 1999. Both Mercy Housing and Catholic Charities are founding members of One Treasure Island.
Maceo May
Now Accepting Applications
Maceo May Apartments is a new, six-story, 105-apartment residence development on land owned by Treasure Island Development Authority and represents the first new residential building to be developed as part of the redevelopment of Treasure Island.
Applicants must include proof of military service along with the Affordable Housing Rental Application. Swords to Plowshares (Swords) and Chinatown Community Development Center (Chinatown CDC), as co-sponsors, will construct permanently affordable rental apartments on Treasure Island in San Francisco. Swords has operated supportive housing for veterans on Treasure Island since 1999. Swords is a founding member of One Treasure Island.
