Where to Capture the “Best Views of San Francisco” from Treasure Island
Published on March 26, 2024
Where can you capture the best views of the San Francisco skyline? According to Jefferson Graham, writer for Easy Reader & Peninsula Magazine, the answer is Treasure Island, “hands down.” Jefferson headed to the island, camera in hand, to show why you have to leave the mainland and step away to capture the city’s beauty, as well as epic views of Angel Island, the Bay Bridge, and the Golden Gate Bridge.
Jefferson also highlights how to get to the island, whether by car or the ~8-minute ferry ride from downtown. He captured the island as it stands today and plans for the visionary transformation that will soon bring 300 acres of parks, 22 miles of trails, and 8,000 new residences, the first 1,000 of which will be move-in ready this year. Jefferson also captured video of the walking paths and nice, quiet beach scene at the protected Clipper Cove. Read his full article here.
